Working on a Sundae

Look out, Jake Tapper, you have major competition from Brad Shaw.

Even Mr. Shaw was hesitant about writing about the Alaska Summit before the details were even out. Yet he quoted John Bolton and Lindsey Graham as experts on peace negotiations. As a good progressive/liberal, Mr. Shaw was denigrating President Trump’s possible success even before the planning was over. We all saw what happened with Zelenskyy in the Oval Office a few months ago. Why would President Trump risk failing at achieving peace before he had even met with President Putin? After Shaw’s option was written, President Trump stated that he would be contacting Zelenskyy as well a other European leaders by phone immediately after the summit. Now we hear that Zelenskyy has again been invited to the White House to give his side.

And let’s not bring up the Russian Collusion once again since we have all learned that it was created by Hillary and Obama with the help of Brennan and Clapper as a means to get rid of President Trump. And we don’t hear about that in the MSM. I guess you and other progressives haven’t heard about the other peace agreements that President Trump has been working on in the last few months. Ukraine was Biden’s mess. Trump is trying to fix it.

I think President Trump was more likely working on sundae rather than Baked Alaska. A nice mixture of ingredients added one at a time to create a masterpiece that everyone can enjoy.
