Supporting Jason Bailey

As a fellow member of the Marco Island Planning Board, I have had the opportunity to see Jason Bailey’s leadership up close, and I believe he would be an excellent addition to our City Council.

As chair, Jason approaches his responsibilities with seriousness and purpose. He is insightful, well-informed, and remarkably diligent in studying the details of the issues before us. He does not simply accept information at face value; he takes the time to understand the nuances, ask thoughtful questions, and consider the broader implications of the decisions we make. His leadership helps ensure that important matters receive the careful consideration they deserve.

I also believe Jason’s experience as a builder and business owner brings a valuable perspective to public service. Understanding how development works in practice, while carefully evaluating proposals against the City’s requirements and the interests of residents, is an important asset. In my experience, Jason takes his Planning Board responsibilities seriously and approaches the work with the thoughtfulness and attention it demands.

Marco Island needs leaders who are willing to do their homework, exercise sound judgment, and make thoughtful decisions on behalf of our community. Having served with Jason, I am confident he brings those qualities to the table.

I am pleased to support Jason Bailey for City Council and encourage my fellow residents to consider what his experience, diligence, and leadership can contribute to Marco Island’s future.
