Vote for Rick Woodworth for City Council

I am proud to endorse Rick Woodworth for Marco Island City Council.
Over the time I have known Rick, I have come to appreciate his commitment to Marco Island, as well as the character and integrity he brings to public service. Rick listens, asks thoughtful questions, and thoroughly considers issues before making decisions. He genuinely cares about our community.
His determination to clean up our waterways demonstrates his persistence, which has put us on the path to implementing the Advanced Wastewater Treatment (AWT) project. He has successfully served on the Water Advisory Committee and Audit Advisory Committee, and he is currently my appointee to the Water Advisory Committee.
I respect Rick’s long-term vision for Marco Island. He understands the importance of protecting our small-town character, maintaining infrastructure, preserving our waterways, supporting local businesses, and safeguarding our quality of life.
What I value most about Rick is his willingness to stand up for what is right, even when it is difficult. He brings valuable experience, common sense, and a strong sense of responsibility to leadership.
Marco Island is a special place, and I believe our leaders should protect what makes it unique while responsibly planning for its future. For these reasons, I am proud to stand with Rick Woodworth.
