Supporting Jason Bailey

I am writing to wholeheartedly endorse Jason Bailey as a city councilor for the City of Marco Island.  Jason is currently the chairperson for the city’s planning board. I have had the pleasure of sitting next to Jason on the planning board for several years. I have seen firsthand Jason’s knowledge on the workings of our city’s government, be it the comprehensive plan, a zoning issue, or the land development code. At every meeting Jason prints out the entire agenda, whether it’s a variance petition, site development question, or rezoning request. He has notes on every agenda item and quite often asks pointed and informative questions regarding these requests. Business wise, I have worked with Jason and his company (FCI Homes, Inc.) with two different people on new home construction projects. I have found Jason to be very honorable and straightforward in his business dealings and both these projects came to a very positive conclusion. I believe Jason would be an asset to our City of Marco Island city council and, with his knowledge, would hit the ground running!
