Friend or Foe?

Islam expert and educator, BelailElkadri, says that Islam is the religion and Muslims are the people that practice the religion. 

The men who hijacked and deliberately flew two airliners into New York City’s Twin Towers, killing thousands, were reportedly Muslims and devout followers of Islam. 

The newly elected mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani, reportedly is a Muslim and devout follower of Islam. 

Is there something unsettling about this “picture”?
