Newly Built Marco Estate with 10-Car Garage Sells for $7.5 Million

A newly completed Gulf-view estate at 598 Spinnaker Drive has sold for $7.5 million, adding another significant high-end closing to Marco Island’s fall real estate market. Michelle Thomas, global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Marco Island office, represented the seller in the transaction, which closed September 25.

The sale comes as activity across Marco Island is increasing while the number of properties available for sale continues to contract. According to the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors’ August market report, islandwide inventory declined 34% year over year while the number of properties sold increased 26%. Total sales volume reached $95 million, up 17% from August 2025, and single-family home sales increased 8%.

The transaction follows other significant luxury closings on Marco Island in 2026, as buyers continue to transact at the upper end of the island’s single-family market. In August alone, 12 of 28 reported single-family closings were priced at $2 million or more, including one above $5 million.

Encompassing 7,358 square feet, the three-story residence was designed around expansive indoor-outdoor living and panoramic Gulf views. The home features seven bedrooms, including a private guest house, along with a three-story elevator and expansive entertaining areas. Among its most distinctive features is a 10-car garage, offering significant space for a collector or automotive enthusiast. Inside, the home includes imported Italian oak flooring, custom cabinetry, and multiple entertaining spaces, including a temperature-controlled 230-bottle wine room and third-floor bourbon bar finished in Italian Galaxy Opalescent stone.

The primary suite features a custom walk-in closet with illuminated cabinetry and marble-topped island, along with a spa-inspired bath. The home also includes four fully equipped kitchens, including a main kitchen with Viking appliances and an adjoining butler’s pantry. Outdoor living centers around a 54-foot elevated pool with a spa, sun shelf, and cascading waterfall. A summer kitchen and multiple gathering spaces overlook the Gulf and Marco Island skyline. The residence is located near the beach and adjacent to the Hideaway Beach area.

“The 10-car garage is what gets your attention first, but this sale was about much more than cars. Marco Island has always attracted buyers who want to use their homes differently, whether that means boating, entertaining, collecting cars, or hosting extended family. This property leaned fully into that lifestyle,” said Michelle Thomas.
