Magical Christmas Trees

Marco Island Florist and Gifts celebrate their 45th year bringing beauty, décor, floral arrangements, interior design, and so much more to Marco Island. Around this time of year, they also celebrate something extra special: their 38th Annual Holiday Open House.  

Having garnered quite the following over their years of creating holiday masterpieces that ignite a magical feeling within, this year’s turnout was no disappointment, with a long line forming prior to the event starting. 

“When I saw the line, I felt like Willy Wonka opening the doors to the chocolate factory for all the excited kids,” said a smiling Annemarie Milleras she recalled all the loyal shoppers eagerly awaiting to see this year’s Christmas Trees and holiday wonder. 

The annual Holiday Open House took place on November 14th and 15th and remained consistently busy throughout the day. Locals, Collier County residents, and people from other areas of Florida returned for the anticipated event.  

The team at Marco Island Florist and Gifts skillfully creates one-of-a-kind Christmas Trees. Each with a unique theme. “They are all so different. Every single ornament is hand-selected and part of a curated holiday collection that they will not find anywhere else. They are one-of-a-kind and limited in supply. If you see something you fall in love with, you need to buy it then because it probably won’t be here when you return!” said Miller. 

All of the trees can be purchased as a whole, fully decorated,or you can simply select an ornament that speaks to you. “All the different looks of the trees this year are what is in and what is popular, but more importantly, with Marco Island in mind.” They have looks for all tastes, “We have coastal to transitional, contemporary to traditional – we have something for everyone!” The team can also design a tree specifically for you and your home. 

“It changes every year, and it just gets more beautiful,” said owner Nancy Carrington.
