Last Call!

May the road rise to meet you at Paddy Murphy’s Irish Pub, Marco Town Center, 1089 N. Collier Blvd., Monday, October 27, 4:30 – 6:30 PM for the final Happy Hour for Hope of 2025! Although you won’t get to kiss the Blarney Stone, you will enjoy the sounds of the one and only Rosetta Stone, beloved singer on Marco Island and Naples. Complimentary appetizers and happy hour drink prices will make your heart light and happy, all for a suggested donation of just $20. This fun gathering will raise funds for Meals of Hope, a 501 c3 non-profit organization with a mission to eliminate hunger in Collier County. Meals of Hope Marco Island is a combined effort of Sunrise Rotary, Noontime Rotary, and the Kiwanis Club.

Happy Hours for Hope are crucial to the success of Meals of Hope and time is running short! These monthly events raise funds to purchase raw food materials for the upcoming packaging event Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Marco Island Charter Middle School. This year we need to raise $60,000 to pack 200,000 meals. Food packages are distributed throughout Collier County by its accredited food bank partners free of charge to recipients in need. Meals of Hope Marco Island is supported by donations and by Friends of Hope, a group of generous individuals and businesses who have made substantial financial contributions to the cause. We thank our 2025 Friends of Hope: Erik Condee-Condee Electric and Cooling, Tom Mann-All Event Party Rental, Donna Dubey, Deb Henry, Barbara Kaumann, John McGonigle, Tom Menaker, William G. Morris, Dennis and Joan Pidherny, Susan Purvis, Jim and Allyson Richards, Arne and Jill Sandberg, Alan and Linda Sandlin, Pam Shniper, Gwyn Steiner, Robert and Catherine Thomas, and Bonita Schwan.

A 50-50 drawing could be your lucky charm that will add to the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, so please join us Monday, October 27, 4:30-6:30 PM at Paddy Murphy’s in Marco Town Center, 1089 N. Collier Blvd., Marco Island. Let’s get together for a worthy cause! Sláinte!
