Italian American Society Bocce Tournament

The 13th Annual tournament between the Italian American Society and the Hideaway Beach Club Bocce Teams was held this year at the Hideaway Beach Club's remodeled Bocce courts and everyone was impressed. Each year, these two clubs take turns hosting the event, and this year it was Hideaway's turn. It was a beautiful, sunny day starting off; a bit cool but then just perfect with a little breeze. The friendship started 14 years ago, in 2013, when John DeRosa and John Catrambone talked about having a yearly tournament. Catrambone passed away in 2021, and both clubs honored him by creating and naming a trophy, the Catrambone Cup, which goes to the winner each year. The trophy went back to the Hideaway Beach Club this year. Well played!
