To honor members of the military, Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Crystal K. Kinzel is offering free passport photos to all veterans and active-duty military personnel this November.
“We are proud to honor the service and sacrifice of our veterans and active-duty military personnel and offering free passport photos is just one small way we can show our appreciation and support for what they’ve done for our country,” said Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Crystal K. Kinzel. “We encourage veterans to take advantage of our free DD-214 recording service to help protect their important records for the future.”
Passport Photo service is available at the following locations: Collier County Courthouse, Immokalee Courthouse, Orange Blossom, Heritage Bay, Marco, Eagle Creek, and Golden Gate City office.
To be eligible for the free photo, military personnel can present their DD-214, military identification, or have a veteran designation on their driver’s license.
Veterans may also record their discharge papers free of charge with the clerk’s office located at the Collier County Courthouse. By recording their DD-214 with the Clerk’s office, veterans secure a permanent digital copy that can be easily accessed if the original is ever lost or damaged.
