Murder, Mystery, and BINGO Come Together at Arts Center Theatre

Get ready for an afternoon of laughter, suspense, and audience participation as the Gibson House Mystery Performers bring their interactive murder mystery, "Witness a Murder!", to the Arts Center Theatre on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

This isn't your typical theatre experience. Audience members become detectives as they witness a hilarious crime unfold and work together to uncover the culprit before the final curtain falls.

Set in the delightfully quirky Marco Island Art Center Theatre Hotel, the story begins with a seemingly ordinary game of BINGO. Assistant Hotel Manager Holly Dayin is doing her best to keep guests happy while checking everyone in with the help of the ever-eager bellboy, Oliver Sudden. Among the hotel's colorful visitors are Annie Buddyhome and Royal Payne, both anxiously awaiting the evening performance by the glamorous Faye Slift.

But are they really there for the show?

As tensions rise, secrets emerge, and suspicions grow, even Faye Slift's manager, Earl E. Bird, may have more on his mind than the night's entertainment. Before long, a murder has been committed—and everyone becomes a suspect.

As the mystery unfolds, audience members will enjoy playing BINGO throughout the performance while gathering clues, questioning motives, and trying to solve the crime before the detective reveals the truth. Packed with clever characters, unexpected twists, and plenty of laughs, this interactive production promises an entertaining afternoon for mystery lovers and comedy fans alike.
