Lots to Love about Special Heart’s Day

The second annual Special Heart's Day, held at Veteran’s Community Park on April 18, was another great success. Thanks go to all who made this Autism Awareness event, well, special. Island Automotive, Bargain Basket, Wesley United Methodist Church, Sweet Annies, Crazy Flamingo, Winn-Dixie, Our Daily Bread Food Pantry, Stephanie Nordin with Autism Collier, the fire and police departments and everyone who showed up to volunteer, bringing the community together, building relationships, and awareness to all.
