Local Fishermen Land Fish of a Lifetime

Marco Island natives Kevin Greif and James Pyle were enjoying a relaxing outing with their families when their shark rig was suddenly picked up by a true Gulf Coast trophy: a Tarpon, aka “The Silver King.” What followed was a true family affair. With teamwork from both households, kids as young as 5 scrambling with excitement and adults coordinating the beach landing, the crew successfully brought the massive fish to shore, accomplishing a feat that many lifelong anglers never get to experience.Congratulations to James and Kevin for making this cast count, and for giving Marco Island another fishing story for the books.
