Island Chef Pantry Challenge Supports Our Daily Bread Food Pantry

On Saturday, September 12, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Island chefs will face off using mystery pantry ingredients inspired by items commonly donated to the food pantry. Their challenge: transform a typical weekly pantry distribution—along with a few of the seasonal and specialty items we offer throughout the year—into a standout entrée worthy of our celebrity‑chef judges.

The evening begins with a lively reception featuring hors d’oeuvres prepared by chefs from the competing restaurants, with a cash bar available throughout the event. As the competition concludes, guests will enjoy decadent desserts generously provided by our host, the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort.
