Rookery Bay Ranch – Owner Matt Braunstein (Permanent Vendor)
One feels like they have traveled back in time to a General Store as they peruse the shelves of Rookery Bay Ranch.
“We started a few years ago with the simple mission of creating simple products with simple ingredients,” said the owner, Matt Braunstein.
Their candles are clean-burning, meaning they are made with no soot-creating materials. The soaps, shampoos, and conditioners are all from goat’s milk with essential oils. They additionally have a Grass-Fed Beef Tallow face cream and body butter. “The tallow is a good moisturizer!”
“We wanted to make all this because we were really tired of not being able to pronounce the ingredients on our soap, shampoos, and conditioners. My mom makes almost all of the products,” said Braunstein, gesturing to the products and explaining that he does everything else.
He shared that they had been doing outdoor markets for a few years; however, the majority of their products do not mix well with the Florida heat. They were very happy to join The Artisan Market and branch out a bit.

Little Ana’s Sourdough Bread – Owner Anastasia Shishkina (Daily Vendor)
‘Little Ana’ Shishkina can be found every Saturday serving up her not-so-average loaves of bread. “I bake sourdough the traditional way – using Italian flour and a 24-hour fermentation process to create bread rich in flavor, character, and care,” said Shishkina. There are also no pesticides or any other ‘junk’ that can often be found in most store-bought flours and breads.
After having her son, Shishkina began having stomach issues anytime she would eat bread. She stumbled across a farmer’s market in Michigan and gave a sourdough loaf a try. She felt completely normal afterward and began to make the bread at home.
She fell in love with the process and decided she wanted to make it a business! Her flavors include Original, Super Seeded, Cheddar and Jalapeno, Cranberry and Walnut, Cherry + Chocolate + Walnut, and Sun-Dried Tomato and Mozzarella. “I am still learning, experimenting, and trying to build something of my own here in Naples,” she said.
Shishkina saw a post online for the market and inquired further. “There are a lot of farmer’s markets around, but they are often hard to get into, and it is hot! This is indoors; that is a bonus!” said her husband, Brent, who can be frequently seen assisting at the market booth.
Pre-order is available to ensure your soon-to-be favorite flavor is available, and English Muffins will be available soon!
