Winn-Dixie and Our Daily Bread Food Pantry

Posted

Our Daily Bread Food Pantry proudly celebrates the generous partnership with Winn-Dixie, whose support helped nourish local families during a recent community mobile food distribution. Their commitment reflects the heart of our mission: neighbors coming together to care for neighbors in need.

With deep gratitude, we recognize Store Manager Abisai Serrano, Customer Service Manager Leasly Litteral, Liquor Store Manager Joe Benson, and the entire Winn-Dixie team. Not only did they provide space on the Winn-Dixie property for the distribution, but they also rolled up their sleeves—assisting with logistics, welcoming guests with kindness, and helping create a warm, dignified experience for every family served.

“Partnerships like this truly nourish our community,” said Our Daily Bread Food Pantry. “Winn-Dixie consistently steps forward to support our neighbors, and their generosity strengthens the fabric of Marco Island and Collier County. We are deeply grateful for their teamwork and dedication to helping families thrive.”

Our Daily Bread Food Pantry relies on strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and volunteers who share our commitment to addressing hunger and expanding access to nutritious food. Support from partners like Winn-Dixie ensures families can count on reliable, compassionate assistance throughout the year.
