The Hangout Honors First Responders

Since 2020, The Hangout by Two Guys, a family-owned and operated restaurant in Naples, has hosted an annual 9/11 Memorial event to remember the lives lost, honor local first responders who face dangers, demands and difficulties to protect Collier County, and unite the community to give back.

The Collier 100 Club, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide immediate financial assistance to Collier County first responders and their families in times of tragedy, benefitted from proceeds and donations raised at The Hangout’s 5th Annual 9/11 Memorial on September 11, 2025.

During the event, 50% of sales and any donations collected supported Collier 100 Club’s mission to provide Collier County first responders and their families with basic needs such as rent, rebuilding costs, clothing and food during times of tragedy including natural disasters. In honor of their bravery and sacrifice, during the event all active duty or retired first responders and veterans with a valid ID also enjoyed a free meal.
