Marco Noontime Rotary Welcomes Jennifer Licciardi

Jennifer Licciardi, VP/owner of Casagrande Electric on Marco Island, was recently inducted into Marco Island Noontime Rotary. Jennifer learned about Rotary from Marco City Council member Deb Henry and said, “Joining Rotary was a simple decision because it perfectly aligns with my values and my absolute love for Marco Island. I see this as an opportunity to take the leadership and business acumen I’ve developed and apply it to service to this community.“

Jennifer is from Massachusetts and started her college journey pursuing biology, but her curiosity led her into the luxury spa industry, spending12 years at the Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach Resort learning the absolute best in customer service, team building, and how to create successful financial businesses. “Hospitality is all about connecting with people’s emotions and creating memories with sensory experiences,” stated Licciardi.

Jennifer later took those skills to the Hyatt Corporation and later to the Catalina Mountains of Tucson, Arizona, where she served as Executive Director of the Miraval Wellness Brand.

In 2019, her partner, Joseph Casagrande, purchased Rich Jones Electric on Marco Island, rebranding it as Casagrande Electric. She says, “Rich is an amazing electrician, truly one of the best, but sitting at a desk is not his primary strength.” So, Jennifer hung up her spa director hat, left the corporate world, and “traded in my robes for electrical wire” to help Joseph run and grow the business. Jennifer says, “It’s been quite a journey, taking Casagrande from six employees to 23, and now a fleet of 17 vehicles!”

In her free time, she loves going fast on a boat, shelling, swimming, and of course fishing! Jennifer also has a “food forest” on her property, complete with lots of fruit trees. She plans on replanting her vegetable garden soon.

“Marco Noontime Rotary has given me an incredibly warm welcome, and I look forward to serving and making a real difference in this wonderful community,” stated Licciardi. She is particularly eager to support Rotary’s community grants and youth mentorship programs.

Marco Noontime Rotary welcomes Jennifer Licciardi!
