The Conservancy of Southwest Florida has launched its live sea turtle tracking dashboard for Keewaydin Island, offering the public and media real-time access to sea turtle nesting activity throughout the 2026 nesting season, May through October.
The dashboard is updated every few minutes by the Conservancy’s science team and provides the most current available information on sea turtle nests and activity observed on Keewaydin Island, one of Southwest Florida’s most active nesting beaches.
The island is monitored daily by Conservancy staff during nesting season as part of the organization’s ongoing commitment to protecting Southwest Florida’s coastal wildlife and habitats.
