The Marco Island Center for the Arts proudly hosted its 2026 Golf Tournament on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Island Country Club, welcoming 67 golfers for a day of camaraderie, competition, and community support. The event raised vital funds to benefit the Art Center’s dynamic year-round programming and continued growth.
Despite the overcast skies and occasional rain, participants enjoyed a spirited tournament featuring popular contests such as “Closest to the Pin” and “Longest Drive,” adding excitement and friendly rivalry throughout the day.
The day’s top honors went to the outstanding team of Hunter Nicholl, Jeff Collins, Tom Wall, and Cliff Robinson, who secured first place with an impressive score of 14 under par. A close second-place finish was earned by Spencer Goss, Brett Gray, and Justin Hanna, with a strong 13 under par performance.
Proceeds from the tournament directly support the Marco Island Center for the Arts, enabling the continuation and expansion of its diverse offerings, including visual arts exhibitions, arts education programs, and community outreach initiatives that enrich the cultural fabric of Marco Island and Southwest Florida.
