Henry Wood Salisbury, 69, of Naples, Florida and Camp de Mar, Mallorca, Spain, passed away on August 23, 2021 at Hospital Clinica Rotger, Palma de Mallorca.
He was born January 8, 1952 in The Hague, Holland, the son of the late Henry and Ingrid (Hedberg) Salisbury.
Henry and his wife, Debra Kimack Salisbury shared 44 loving years together.
He graduated from City College of New York, with a Bachelor of Business. He worked in a variety of jobs in logistics with the Department of Defense in the Washington, D.C. area and various assignments in Germany and Italy.
Henry was always into fitness, enjoying tennis, gym, and hikes and was fortunate to have traveled the world. He had a love of animals and throughout his life he was involved with many organizations that rescued animals.
Survivors include his wife Debra Kimack Salisbury; sisters: Anna Salisbury and Nancy Cooper; sister-in-law Julie Salisbury as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Edward Salisbury.
A group of his closest friends gathered from near and far for a celebration of Henry’s life at his favorite restaurant in Genova, Mallorca.
