Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A., a law firm in Southwest Florida with over 40 years of experience in the Naples and Marco Island area, is looking for guest contributors to include in Divorce Attorney Chris Lombardo’s upcoming book about Prenuptial Agreements. The title is tentatively slated to be, “To Pre-Nup or Not – that is the question. A definitive guide for anyone considering signing or participating in a prenuptial agreement”.
Lombardo will author the book, along with with Naples Psychotherapist Jill Wheeler, Founder of Wellfit Institute. Wheeler will contribute a therapist’s perspective to the book. MARKIT Group will serve as the publishing partner and contributor to the book providing research, writing and publicity. Guest contributors can include anyone with a personal experience, good or bad. Whether guest contributors have signed a prenup in the past or are thinking about signing one in the future, each experience can bring new light to an important issue.
“With 50 percent of marriages in the United States ending in divorce, this is a real topic that every couple needs to be educated on before they tie the knot,” says Chris Lombardo, Esq. “Prenuptial agreements have often been represented as weapons that spouses use in a bitter divorce that seem to say a marriage is doomed from the start, but the reality is prenuptial agreements aren’t just for the wealthy.”
Lombardo says the book will address the many misconceptions that are associated with prenuptial agreements and dig deep into one of the most important decisions a couple can make before their wedding day.“Whether you are remarrying, own a business or have plans to become a stay at home mom, prenuptial agreements are relevant in all marriages,” says Lombardo. “My hope is that this book will bring some ease to a very stressful topic and serve as a valuable tool for all couple prior to marriage.”
