Selling or purchasing property can be one of the most important experiences you will have. It pays to have a team in your corner that will guide and offer legal advice every step of the way, even prior to and after the transaction. The team of Treiser Collins’ confident legal professionals pride themselves on offering concise, ethical and accurate legal advice during every stage of the transaction. Real estate transactions are complex legal matters, and the availability of your legal representation to offer guidance is of the utmost importance.
Legal representation in your transaction should not be taken lightly. It goes beyond the mere issuance of title insurance. Attorneys provide sound legal counsel to Realtors and their clients. This reason alone sets this firm apart from title companies. As attorneys, they are charged with representing and protecting their clients’ interests. Title companies cannot give legal advice; they can only prepare closing documents in conjunction with the issuance of title insurance. The firm’s attorneys represent and protecting their client’s interests from contract to close and beyond. They endeavor to solve any problems that arise throughout the closing process.
At Treiser Collins, the personalized attention provided is the basis of the relationship with Realtors and clients. They take the time to speak with and listen to Realtors and clients, and explore creative solutions based on the needs of each transaction in order to achieve optimal results; namely, the consummation of your transaction, be it a sale or purchase.
If you are a Realtor, or are considering selling or purchasing real estate, you may wish to reach out to Treiser Collins to discuss their services. Your transaction is likely one of the most impactful events of your life. Treiser Collins’ team of legal professionals is available to help.
The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisement. Before you decide, Treiser Collins can send you free, written information about their attorneys’ qualifications and experience.
