Attendees can expect an unforgettable evening of fine food and drinks, live performances, and more at the black tie optional Gala.
During the evening, the Center for the Arts will honor Jacquelyn Pierce, a life-long educator, storyteller and dedicated volunteer who served on the Art Center’s Board of Directors from 2013-2015.
Guests will enjoy a vocal performance by youth participant, Lola Mae Green, who is a nine-year-old, fourth grade student at Tommie Barfield Elementary School. Two “Young Artists” will be painting during the cocktail hour, Anna Zeidman (11th grade) and Diana Almazan (12th grade).
There will be a variety of silent auction items offered, and an exciting live auction. Some of the auction items include the Ultimate NASCAR Driving Experience; a retreat to Asheville, North Carolina; a visit to Charleston, South Carolina; a trip to Torrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla, California; some very special wines; and a gold pendant painter’s palette with precious gems, handcrafted by Kathein Jewelers.
The Marco Island Center for the Arts provides quality art education programs for both youth and adults. Your support at The Gala enables the Center for the Arts to continue its valued programming in our community.
