Submitted

The Rotary Club of Marco Island Sunrise, Inc. recently sponsored an essay contest at Manatee Middle School. Students were asked to research and then compose an essay explaining Rotary’s 4-Way Test, the guiding principal for Rotarians worldwide.

Specifically, students were asked to explain how the 4-Way Test could improve one’s life, despite differences in beliefs and opportunities. A six-member committee from Sunrise Rotary read the essays, graded them and chose winners from each grade.
