The South end of Marco Island is a popular location for condos. This quiet residential area is located south of Winterberry Drive, east of South Collier Boulevard and west of Heathwood Drive. Most of the condos are clustered on streets with names like Collier Court, Panama Court, Huron Court, Swallow Avenue and South Collier Boulevard.
The South end is popular because it provides a great combination of fishing, boating and easy access to South Beach. Today, there are 50 south end condos for sale ranging in price from $249,000 to $899,000, including condos on the gulf, condos with direct water access and inland condos. These condos were built between 1979 and 2001. Some have covered parking, and some have parking in the open. All these condos have pools and amenities like social rooms, tennis courts and BBQ areas.
If panoramic views of the Gulf and fishing from a pier appeals to you, there are

South end boat docks.
If boating is a must have, there are 26 condos for sale with direct access to the gulf. These condos are called Lido Club, Pelican Perch, Misty Cove, Florentine Gardens, Eagle Cay, Waters Edge, Vantage Point, Breezy Point, Panama, Tropical Isle, Islander Cove, Camelot, Nautilus, Le Club Caxambas, Courtyard Towers, Ebb Tide and Boat Club of Marco. All these condos have direct access to the Gulf so there are no bridges to pass under. Some have boat slips deeded with the unit. Some have boat lifts that are rented by

Then, there are 13 inland south end condos not on the water but with easy access to South Beach, fishing and the boat launch at Caxambas Park. These have names like Townhouse Square, Florentine Villas, Casa de Marco, Marisol, Grandview and Tropicana. These condos come with two or three bedrooms, range in size from 960 to 1850 square feet and are listed for $249,000 to $550,000.
Most people walk to South Beach from their south end condo, but if you want to drive, there is parking at Sarazen Park for MICA members and at the adjacent Collier County parking lot on Swallow. All in all a great location on the island with just the right size condos for people to enjoy Marco Island’s lifestyle.
