Yoga students concur with her description, adding, in their multitude of positive online reviews, that the studio has “friendly, helpful, staff” and that it offers “a great atmosphere and wonderful experience.”
The feedback from students means a great deal to Kerri. She says that when she opened the studio in 2016, creating this positive experience was a major part of her mission. She and her dedicated staff have worked hard to make the studio a welcoming space where students “feel like family and are safe to explore their practice.”

The variety of classes offered also helps to keep things interesting. For this, Kerri credits Manager Julia Szilagyi, who she says, “is a master at running things smoothly and creates creative workshop schedules each month to focus on fun or specific areas of practice.” Private sessions are also available in the studio or in the privacy of a student’s home. The love of yoga goes back almost 20 years for Kerri Lampos. She had done other forms of exercise, such as running and aerobics, but about yoga she says, “This was different. Recently, Revival Yoga enlarged its studio space because they were so busy last season that they had to turn people away. In spite of concerns that Hurricane Irma would derail renovation plans, and thanks to friend and contractor Chris Adams, work on the studio was finished by the end of November. Karri says, “Now, we can have a bit more room in the studio, yet still remain with the integrity of our space.”
