RE/MAX Agent Sets Bar High Locally

A recent report by the Tampa Bay Times reported an astounding new statistic: 28,507 people earned their Florida Real Estate License in 2015. That increase puts Florida as the nation leader with 221,000 real estate agents! Even the small island community of Marco Island boasts over 400 real estate agents. With all those agents, the real estate industry is not only a critical driver of economic growth, but can be difficult to navigate when buying or selling a home. Enter Pat Wilkins.

Pat Wilkins became part of the Marco Island community when he moved in 1981 to start his Real Estate business career. His love of people, combined his unsurpassed industry knowledge and excellent customer service has propelled him to the very top, both nationally and in Florida. Pat was the #1 RE/MAX Agent Worldwide in 2004, beating out 106,000 agents in 60 countries, and is a perennial Top 10 star for RE/MAX, LLC. He is also the first and only agent in Florida to achieve the Circle of Legends, earning $10 Million in gross commissions after more than 10 years with RE/MAX. Since 1991, Pat has sold $878 million in local properties and broken the industry’s sales record 4 different times. Additionally, he has sold the most expensive lot on the Island for $5.3 million and Pat’s current average for all listed and sold properties is $2.6 million.

Pat will tell you “personal success rests on the pillars of a fundamentally healthy community.” To that end, Pat gives back in various ways – he works with Children’s Miracle Network, Habitat for Humanity, and Hospice. All communities are but the sum of their parts; people like Pat Wilkins add to the bottom line.

If you are contemplating Marco Island real estate, Pat Wilkins possesses the credentials, the passion and the expertise to serve as your agent. There is no reason to settle for second best.
