Kathryn Hunt Recognized as Top Producer Submitted Photo

Kathryn Hunt has been recognized as the Top Volume Sales Professional for Berkshire Hathaway Florida Realty’s Marco Island office for the month of June 2017. Kathryn closed $2,000,000 in sales volume for the month.

Kathryn continues the success she enjoyed in 2016 when she was named to the prestigious Honor Society by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. That award recognizes the top ten percent of all residential sales professionals who achieved great sales success in closed residential GCI for the year.

Tim Cornelius Joins Century 21

CENTURY 21 First Southern Trust is pleased to announce Tim Cornelius has joined its firm as a sales associate, specializing in residential, commercial property sales in the Southwest Florida area.

Tim is from Wisconsin, where he holds a broker license, operating his own company. Having been in the industry for many years, he is very adept and brings his professionalism and enthusiasm with him to the Southwest Florida market.

Michelle Thomas Named to The Thousand

Michelle Thomas of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty was named one of America’s top real estate professionals by REAL Trends. She is now a member of the “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by REAL Trends and advertised in The Wall Street Journal. Thomas is now ranked in the top one-half of 1 percent of the more than 1.25 million Realtors® nationwide.

According to The Thousand, Thomas had sales volume totaling $72,762,093.00, ranking her number 235 in the nation.

“The best individual agents and teams—including Thomas’ award-winning efforts—were nothing short of phenomenal considering the challenges in today’s complex housing market,” said Steve Murray, founder of REAL Trends.

RSN After 5 An Event Exclusively for Members & Affiliate Members

The Marco Island Area Association of Realtors (MIAAOR) Realtor Support Network (RSN) has planned a special event exclusively for members and affiliate members. The “RSN After 5” will take place on Thursday, August 31, 2017 from 5 to 7 PM at The Players Club at Lely Resort. The Players Club is located at 8060 Grand Lely Drive in Naples.

This fun event will offer an opportunity for members to socialize and mingle with fellow REALTOR® members, as well as the Affiliate Members.

Take a minute to sit back and relax, while you enjoy good company, good food and the wonderful atmosphere! There will also be a chance that you could win fabulous door prizes.
