Rafael Curquejo Joins Keller Williams
Rafael Curquejo has joined the powerhouse team of agents at Keller Williams Realty in Marco Island.

Curquejo, who became an agent in 2012, is a REALTOR® and broker associate.

Curquejo was born and raised in the Caribbean island of Curacao and moved to Spain when he was 18.
He earned his degrees in business administration from the International School of Economics Rotterdam and Complutense University from Madrid Spain, aka the European Business Programme which is part of the Erasmus program.
Curquejo is proficient in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento, and has conversational knowledge of French and Portuguese.
After graduation, he joined the management team of Curacao Beverage Bottling Company, aka Coca Cola Curacao. He then moved on to manage the Heineken International owned Distribution Center in Bonaire.
Curquejo moved to Miami in 1999 and has owned a home in Marco Island since 2015.
In his spare time, he works with a homeless ministry in Miami and is looking forward to becoming more involved with environmental nonprofits in Marco Island.
The Marco Island market center, located at 830 Bald Eagle Dr, Marco Island, Fla. 34145, was established in 2005 and has 100 associates. Even with Hurricane Irma’s long-lasting negative impact on the housing market, the rapidly growing market center had a total sales volume of $213.5 million over the past 12 months, with an average of $254.2 million in annual sales over the last seven years. The market center has shared $657,851 in profits with its agents since 2010.

The Needles, John R. Wood Properties
The Needles family, Scott Needles, Stacy Needles-Witthoff and Marv Needles participated in the October Mike Ferry Production Retreat held in Washington, DC. The Ferry organization is the leading real estate training firm in the country providing agents with up-to-date support through training and coaching.
