Whether she is helping clients find their dream home or training real estate agents how to build their confidence and business, Becky Irwin is driven to make a positive change in people’s lives.
Irwin is a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty in Marco Island and a Marco Island Spe-cialist with the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors. She runs Locker Room Productivity Coaching every Wednesday in the firm’s office. Her productivity coaching sessions help agents sharpen their skills, build their confidence, and set, and achieve, their personal and business goals.
“While we have a lot of fun in our sessions, we also hold each other accountable,” Irwin said. “Real estate is not an easy industry. With the emphasis on helping our agents succeed and treat-ing everyone like family, these weekly classes build on Keller Williams’ culture of support, shar-ing and camaraderie.”

Patrick Shannon, Jr., a former commodities trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, has joined Keller Williams Realty in Marco Island.

Shannon moved to Marco Island in 2010. He became an agent in 2015 and recently left Berk-shire Hathaway. Shannon is a Marco Island Specialist with the Marco Island Area of Association of Realtors.

Teams ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Professionals had an average of 147.4 sides and an average sales volume of almost $62 million.
