Whether she is helping clients find their dream home or training real estate agents how to build their confidence and business, Becky Irwin is driven to make a positive change in people’s lives.

Irwin is a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty in Marco Island and a Marco Island Spe-cialist with the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors. She runs Locker Room Productivity Coaching every Wednesday in the firm’s office. Her productivity coaching sessions help agents sharpen their skills, build their confidence, and set, and achieve, their personal and business goals.

“While we have a lot of fun in our sessions, we also hold each other accountable,” Irwin said. “Real estate is not an easy industry. With the emphasis on helping our agents succeed and treat-ing everyone like family, these weekly classes build on Keller Williams’ culture of support, shar-ing and camaraderie.”

Irwin joined Keller Williams in 2014. “Being a Realtor has been a dream come true. I’ve been able to make people happy by helping them find their dream homes and making a difference in their lives. That’s something I am privileged to do for my clients and my fellow agents every day.”

“Becky has been an incredible asset to our agents and an inspiration to our office,” said Dale Suslick, CEO and team leader of Keller Williams Marco Island. “She brings her tremendous ex-perience to the table and passes along her hard-earned lessons that save our agents many head-aches and help them become more successful sooner.”

Irwin is a volunteer at the Marco Island Historical Museum, Marco Island Center for the Arts, Marco Island Woman’s Club, League Club of Naples and For The Love of Cats. Irwin is also an appointee to the City of Marco Beautification Committee.

The Needles Group, John R. Wood Properties

Scott Needles and Stacy Witthoff

The Needles Group of John R. Wood Properties was named one of America’s most productive sales teams as a part of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, the newly issued ranking report produced by REAL Trends and sponsored by Adwerx. The Needles Group is now a member of the “America’s Best Real Estate Professionals,” and ranked number 123 for the state of Florida.

REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals ranks over 13,800 residential real estate professionals solely based on their excellence in real estate sales during calendar year 2017. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party in order to ensure accuracy and report integrity. “This group of highly successful real estate sales agents represents less than one percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States,” says Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals and president of REAL Trends.

To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2017. For real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. The individuals ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 73.88 transaction sides and an average sales volume of almost $38 million. Teams ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Professionals had an average of 147.4 sides and an average sales volume of almost $62 million.

“The average residential real estate agent in the United States closed eight transactions in 2017 and had less than $1.3 million in sales,” said Murray. “To say that The Needles Group is an exceptional sales team is an understatement. To attain this level of sales is truly outstanding.”

“We are obviously pleased and honored to be ranked on this ranking of the country’s top residential real estate agents,” said Scott Needles and Stacy Witthoff. “It represents the time and effort that we put into each customer that we serve and how much work it takes to build a successful real estate career. The level of sales it takes to qualify makes it a truly special recognition.”
