Identity theft in the United States has reached epic proportions. In 2015, the Federal Trade Commission received over 490,000 consumer complaints about identity theft, an increase by 47 percent from the year before. The Department of Justice has estimated that in 2014, 17.6 million Americans were victims of identity theft.
So what can we do to prevent becoming victims of identity theft? Join Morgan Stanley Financial Advisor Tina Nash on January 26, 2017 to find out.
Speaker Tina Nash will explain that there are many actions that we can take to protect ourselves from this growing problem, and offer practical advice to follow. She will share her knowledge and experience to teach us not onlyhow to prevent identity theft from happening, but also how to correct it if it has already occurred.
