Village Walk of Naples Homeowners Association, an 850-home upscale gated community in Southwest Florida, has awarded a management contract to KW Property Management & Consulting.
Village Walk of Naples is a gated community that offers its residents a wide variety of amenities: a town hall, three pools, a fitness center, tennis center, bocce courts, a recreational center with ping pong and pool tables, a library and a post office. It also has on property a restaurant, a hair salon, travel agent, Hotwire service office and a real estate office.
Developed by respected homebuilder DiVosta, Village Walk of Naples is the first of four “Walk”-branded communities managed by KW Property Management & Consulting. The other three are Island Walk, Verona Walk and Village Walk of Bonita Springs. In total, KW Property Management & Consulting manages 6,281 Walk-branded communities in SW Florida.
