While working as a primary school teacher, the seeds of Marianne Oehler’s artistic career started when she took a porcelain painting class. In 2010, Oehler was in a serious car accident and injured her right arm so badly that she had to do everything with her left hand. Initially thought of as therapy, Oehler began to paint in acrylics and watercolors with her non-dominant hand. She decided in 2014 to open her own studio.

The 2017-2018 Exhibition Season is supported by a Community Grant from Walmart. We thank them for their support of the Arts in our community.
