Goodwill is making it easier to donate with a new drop off store at 951 and 41 next to the Publix. It is open Monday through Saturday 9-7, Sunday 12-5. This is drop off only. It is not a shopping place.

There is a person who will assist you with the donations. In addition be sure to pick up the new donor reward card and have it stamped. There is one stamp a day. With 10 donations you get $5 off you next Goodwill shopping trip.

If you have five or more large items, Goodwill picks them up for free. Just call 239-995-2106 or go on line to www.goodwillswfl.org. In either case you can get a tax deductible receipt.

Online you can also find unique items at www.shopgoodwill.com. Here you can browse, bid at an auction or buy. There is a lot of information on the site.

Vehicles can be donated. Provide a clear title and keys for the vehicle and receive a receipt within 30 days of the sale. Vehicles placed in Goodwill’s Four Wheels for Work program may be eligible for full blue book value. It could help someone get to work and move onto an independent life. Call 239-995-2106 Monday to Saturday 8:30 to 5.

To purchases items there is a store on 918 N. Collier Blvd. and 3579 E. Tamiami Trail. Wednesday is senior discount day with 20 percent off. Thursday is thrifty online where you need to print a coupon to take to the store. Color coded sales are daily.
