Upcoming Low Cost Vaccination Clinic · Friday, April 27, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Keeping pets healthy and vaccinated has never been easier with the launch of a monthly lowcost vaccination clinic in Collier County. This week, Collier Spay Neuter Clinic announced monthly, low-cost vaccination clinics starting Friday, April 27, 2012. Low-cost vaccinations will be offered only between 9 a.m. and noon and are performed first come, first-serve. Veterinarians and medical staff will administer Distemper/Parvo, Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations for dogs and Feline Upper Respiratory (FVRCP), Rabies and Leukemia vaccines for cats. Individual Vaccines will be just $12 each or pet owners may select one of the clinic’s low cost Vaccine Packages. There is no fee for examinations. Additionally, low-cost micro chipping for pets will be available as well as pet licensing.
With an estimated 505,867 owned pets in Lee and Collier Counties, protecting pets against deadline diseases is important, because just one contagious disease can prove fatal to all of Southwest Florida’s animals. Vaccination clinics are held at CSNC, located at 2544 Northbrooke Plaza Dr. in Naples, one block east of I-75 off Immokalee Road. To participate, pets must already be spayed or neutered or owners have the option to prepay for their pet’s spay or neuter surgery to receive the low-cost vaccinations.
Future dates for low-cost vaccinations are Fridays: May 25, June 29, July 27, Aug. 31, Sep. 28, Oct. 26 and Nov. 30.
