MICA installed on Residents’ Beach the first “Expression Swing” on the island, where two seats face each other so a parent or grandparent can face a baby while swinging simultaneously and a musical instrument bar. A brand new playground was also installed at MICA’s Sarazen Park at the island’s south end.
