The bar and grill is now under the management of longtime restaurateur Al Landers and local CJ Muntwyler. The duo has teamed up to make Mario’s the go-to spot for locals and visitors alike.
Together Landers and Muntwyler have made some big changes. Mario’s now opens at 11 AM daily. They’ve included an $8.99 all you can eat salad bar, a lunch and dinner buffet Monday through Friday, as well as exciting new menu items. Mario’s now offers gyros, double cheeseburgers, chicken and waffles, as well as the standard pizza and pasta dishes. The best part? Nothing on the menu exceeds $13. Happy hour runs daily from 3-6 PM and again 10 PM to close.

“We’re going to bring back entertainment here,” Landers said.
Every Friday night you can stop by for Karaoke with Jason. On Saturdays starting at 10 PM Mario’s hosts a beer pong tournament. And Wednesday nights are open for the pool leagues. Mario’s has five pool tables available for play. In the future the duo plans on booking local bands and artists for performances.

“Our staff is a very locally known staff,” Muntwyler said. “We’ve all worked together for a while.”
Another great update is the inclusion of A Carr Transportation for Mario’s patrons. A Carr will pick you up anywhere on the island and take you home for free, allowing you to drink safely and responsibly.
Stop by Mario’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill on Halloween night for a performance by husband and wife duo Hot Damn. Costumes encouraged. On November 15th the restaurant will host their grand opening event. Local country musician Joel Fry is set to perform.
