Marco Island has a remarkable variety of condos for sale. Today 375 condos are listed for sale ranging in price from $89,900 for a studio apartment at Coquina Gardens to $7,245,000 for a five bedroom Belize penthouse. All of them have a unique price, island location, number of bedrooms, living space, floor height, balcony location, pet policy, renovations, and age. Overall, the median list price of a condo on Marco Island is $519,000 and the median air conditioned space is 1,162 square feet.
Median list prices and sizes are as follows: studio apartments are $128,000 with 450 square feet; one bedroom condos are $299,000 with 665 square feet; two bedroom condos are $465,000 with 1,075 square feet; three bedroom condos are $900,000 with 2,110 square feet; four bedroom condos are $2.4 million with 3,830 square feet and five bedroom condos are $6.9 million with 7,165 square feet.

About half of the island condos are pet friendly and half do not allow pets, so if you have a pet or may want a pet in the future this will be an additional criterion to take into consideration. Which direction the balcony faces is an important factor. The age of the condo and how much it has been updated is important. The first condos were built on Marco Island in the 1960s. Today 12 of them are for sale with a median list price of $189,000 with 700 square feet. There are 67 condos for sale built in the 1970s with a median price of $349,000 and 840 square feet. The 1980s saw a building boom and today there are 147 condos for sale from this decade with a median price of $485,000 and 1,084 square feet. The 1990s saw continued growth with 86 condos for sale today at a median price of $650,000 and 1,770 square feet. Finally the 2000s decade has 63 condos for sale with a median price of $1,595,000 and 2,680 square feet.
