Marco Island Charter Middle School

 

 

In a letter from the Commissioner of Education, Gerard Robinson, Marco Island Charter Middle School was designated a High Performing Charter School in the State of Florida. Dr. Robinson thanked MICMS for continued participation in our mission to improve the quality of education for Florida’s students.

MICMS opened the school year this past week with its largest enrollment in its thirteen year history.  Of the 405 students, 53% are males and 47% are females, 14% are classified as Gifted and 12% are classified as Learning Disabled, and 34% are Economically Needy.
