Marco City Council Agenda

 

 

The next Regular Meeting of the Marco Island City Council* will be on Monday, October 18, 2010, at 5:30 PM in the Community Meeting Room at 51 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island. Following is the agenda for the meeting:

All matters listed under this item are considered routine and action will be taken by one motion without separate discussion of each item.  If discussion is desired by a member of Council, that item(s) will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately.

(A)     Council Minutes for October 4, 2010 (Regular Meeting)
(B)     Renewal of Insurance for FY2010 – 2011
(C)     Terminate Contract / Award Contract for Landscape Maintenance Services
(D)     RESOLUTION – Initial Estates STRP

3.  BUSINESS
Items on the agenda are generally treated in sequential order, and due to the length of the agenda any or all of the items listed for discussion may be rescheduled to a later date for consideration.

*Notice: Formal action may be taken on any item discussed or added to this agenda.  Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be heard.               
Audience speakers will not have to sign up to speak on Agenda Items, although those who do will go first.  Audience speakers will be limited to one four-minute comment per Agenda Item and Community Forum session.  Speaker time limits will be extended to approximate time involved with Council dialogue.
