Don’t miss the next regular meeting of the Marco island Historical Society on Tuesday, February 1 at 7 P.M. in the Rose History Hall. Craig Woodward will preside over a panel discussion by four former Deltona sales executives: Robert Clausen, Bob Leeber, Marv Needles and Don Ross, Jr. You will hear many fascinating insights into the Deltona marketing operation for Marco Island and learn why it was one of the most successful ventures ever put together by the Mackle brothers. Meetings are open to the public and refreshments are served.
