Keller Williams welcomes Mike and Ellen Shapiro and announces extraordinary profit growth.

 

 

Keller Williams Realty Marco Island achieved more than $135 million in closed sales volume in the first seven months of 2011, with profitability up almost 300% over the same period in 2010, according to figures released at its Mid Year Awards ceremony held in August.
Keller Williams Marco Island is the No. 1 real estate office on Marco Island based on number of sales associates, transaction sides and transaction volume for the last 12 months.

“I am excited to inform you that so far this year we have profit shared over $43,000.00 with our agents” said Evensen at the meeting. “We have been profitable 17 of the last 18 months and it is all because of you, the agents. I am so blessed to be in business with all of you.”

Keller Williams had the opportunity to introduce their newest Top Producing Team, Ellen and Mike Shapiro from Independent Brokers Realty. “Ellen and I have come to Keller Williams due to the systems and support this office has to offer its agents. This is the best office staff on the Island.” said Mike Shapiro.
Keller Williams Realty also recognized the highest producers for the first half of 2011. The group with the highest closed gross commission income (GCI), the most listings and the highest closed sales volume was The McCarty Group, followed by The Pat Wilkins Team in second place.
The husband/wife team with the highest GCI was Cathy and Phil Rogers, followed by Mary and Chris Schouw in second place and Gara Ann and Jim Martin in third place.
Individuals with the highest GCI were Carole Pransky (first), Steve Hackman (second) and Sandi Sims(third).
Pat Wilkins achieved the highest GCI in a single closing.
The Rising Star awards went to Cathy Ahern, Kim Polley, and Laurene Chaffee. The Top Trainer was CJ Henderson, Assistant Team Leader/Productivity Coach. The Leadership awards were presented to Wendy McCarty, Terry Rouleau, Stan Niemczyk, Sandi Sims, Lisa Gandy and Bev Moyer.
