Get your costumes ready! Eco-friendly Halloween happenings are creeping up at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. On Saturday, October 26 from 10 AM to 4 PM, the Conservancy presents the annual “Hoots and Hisses” family fun day featuring live animal shows, face painting, and a Super Science Show with Mr. Glen.
“Fostering connection to nature is truly one of the best ways to spark a love for conservation at early ages, said Dr. Heather Skaza-Acosta, environmental education director at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. “Events like these provide an opportunity for families to spend time together and inspire a love of nature, through fun, hands-on activities.”
Hoots & Hisses is free for Conservancy members; $14.95 for adults, 12 and up; $9.95 – kids, 3-11; and kids under 2 are free.

- Costume contest with Gordon B. Eagle.
- Gordon B. Eagle Dance Party.
