Come out to Mackle Park on Saturday, October 23rd from 4:00 – 6:00pm for our annual Halloween “Spooktacular” event. Music, games, food, pumpkin patch sales, Halloween crafts and so much more will be available, event is open and free to the public. “Trunk or Treat” is an Island tradition at Marco Presbyterian Church. The church will host a free Halloween alternative on Saturday, October 30, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the church’s grass parking lot at 875 West Elkcam Circle. Admission is Free.
Church members decorate their trunks and provide the treats. Children and youth are invited to come in a creative costume and “trunk or treat” from car to car. There will also be an inflatable obstacle course, a dunk tank, two inflatable bounce-houses (one for the smaller children and one for bigger kids), a Pumpkin Patch with pumpkins for sale and free photo opportunities, plus free burgers, hot dogs, snacks, and drinks, a costume contest, a special scavenger hunt for the younger children, carnival style games and prizes. Way FM will be on site to broadcast live.
