Florida Landscapes the Focus of Exhibit

The Museum of the Everglades is proud to present the wonderful photographic exhibit “Reflections of Florida” by John Brady. His artist exhibit will be showing in the Pauline Reeves Gallery of the museum during January and February 2017, with an Artist Reception hosted by the Friends of the Museum of the Everglades on Saturday, January 14, from 1 to 3 PM with refreshments.

John Brady is an award-winning photographer, as well as real estate agent, in Southwest Florida. Originally from New York, Brady has chosen Florida landscape as his primary body of work in his career as a landscape photographer. He has exhibited his work throughout the country, winning numerous awards each year. He has owned and operated the Everglades Gallery since 2005 and has developed a deep appreciation and concern for the fragile landscapes of the state. Through photographing the wet jungles, creeks and prairies of Florida’s remote wilderness, it is his goal that others will see the beauty and become passionate about the need to protect of the region for the experience and enjoyment of future generations.
