With school starting just around the corner and the season quickly approaching, many of you are running around like crazy trying to get things organized. If you don’t have kids, you may be throwing yourself into your work and neglecting your workouts. So many people cram their day full of business that they don’t leave themselves time to work out. I especially see a lot of SAHM (stay at home moms) and dads that cannot leave the house, which makes it near impossible to squeeze in a workout. This is where OnLive Training comes to the rescue!

Living on Marco provides us with a variety of seasonal clientele. We have so many recurrent clients that fret when they leave us because their fitness takes a hiatus without us there to push them. Over and over we have heard “If only I could take you with me!” This gave my husband an excellent idea that we have been doing ever since—online training. This has enabled us to stay extremely busy year round.

Fitness OnLive Training gives you the best of both worlds—fitness in the comfort of your own home or at our private studio. What are the benefits of OnLive Training? Affordability, customized workouts, and training on your time, in your space.

Fitness OnLive has all the perks of private personal training (because it is), but at a fraction of the cost! You get one-on-one training from your personal trainer, a customizable fitness program specifically tailored to your goals, nutritional counseling and cardio, if you decide to use our fully-equipped studio.

So you have two options: train from your computer at home or wherever or train at our facility. If you decide to use our location we will do your first few sessions in person to make sure that you are comfortable with using the equipment. After you are acclimated, a typical session would look like this: you come into the studio and I will be ready and waiting for you on our flat screen TV. I will walk you step-by-step through your individualized training program. We will go over your nutrition, any questions you may have, and afterward you may do cardio on our cardio machines. You will have the undivided attention of your trainer at a fraction of the cost of personal training—so it’s all the perks of private training at an affordable rate! Win-win!

If you opt to work out from your home or another location, I will simply be training you from where you are with your equipment, at the time and day that is best for your schedule. It’s that easy! We have trained people all over the United States and even as far as Italy. We have trained people in their living rooms, hotels, and on vacation. We have trained clients without any equipment available to our fully stocked facility. We can do weights and Pilates—the choice is up to you and some do both! Your choice and we will be happy to design the program that is best for you.

It’s super easy to do—all you need is a computer, laptop, or tablet and a Skype account. Voila! We connect with you at your appointed times and train you. You don’t need to have a house full of equipment either—we can work with what you have and what you don’t have.

We are the first and only facility to offer this double programming to our regular services. Fitness OnLive is fitness of the future! It is easy to do and convenient for everyone!
