Fiddler’s Creek has introduced the Piceno VII model by Taylor Morrison, a single-family home that will be available in two distinctive villages within the luxury, master-planned community.
The Piceno VII is a one-story residence, encompassing 1,856 air-conditioned square feet and 2,616 total square feet. The Piceno VII features an open floor plan with two bedrooms, two-baths and a den situated around a central family room and dining room with adjoining kitchen and island bar. Located just off the foyer, the den features a his-and-her office that is large enough to accommodate two desks with ample room to work separately or plan together.
