An after dark festival of lights magically transforms the Naples Botanical Garden into a kaleidoscope of thousands of bright colored holiday lights. During the daytime, the Garden is a 170-acres of tropical and sub-tropical plants.
Festive lights are wrapped around tall palm trees; cascade down branches; and shrubberies shine and glow. To enhance the nighttime ambiance there are nightly musical performances. The Night Lights have also become a family tradition. Also illuminated are the glass sculptures of Hans Godo Frabel.
To entertain families with children, there is a lighted lawn game, and to the delight of both adults and children, there is a hugging tree. If you give it a light hug, the tree bursts into a multi-color display – a favorite for young kids and fun loving adults. On select nights, you may write your wish on a ribbon and tie it on the Wishing Tree. When purchasing your tickets to Night Lights select your preferred time of entry. This does not affect the length of your stay at the event. Fogg Café will be open during Night Lights in the Garden serving light fare and beverages.
Night Lights in the Garden will be on display from Dec. 14-23; December 26-30, 2018 and Jan. 1-3, 2019. Purchase tickets in advance online at naplesgarden.org.
