Fashion for Her 2014 Set to Help Local Cancer Patients and Families

In two weeks, international designer Rosita Hertado and local designers will bring their fashion designs to a Naples runway to benefit the Cancer Alliance of Naples (CAN).

D’Latinos Magazine is set to host the Fourth Annual Fashion for Her event with a portion of ticket sales going to CAN who uses all funds to benefit local families fighting a battle with cancer.

Regular and VIP tickets are both still available for the event.  Fashion for Her is on Friday, Sept. 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort located at 2600 Tiburon Dr. in Naples.

VIP ticket holders will have their photo taken with celebrities including Danillo Carrera from the El Gordo y la Flaca television program, Isaac Reyes and William Valdes from Despierta America and Gabriel Valenzuela. VIPs also receive runway seating for the fashion show.

Bolivian designer Rosita Hurtado is bringing her latest Couture collection to Fashion for Her.  Special guest and local designer Kelly Chase Couture will also be featured in the fashion show.  The event includes women’s trade show featuring local products and services, includes hors d’oeuvres and then ends with its showcase fashion show.

“While Fashion for Her is a fabulously fun event, it comes with an important purpose to help our neighbors and friends,” said Mayela Rosales, Executive Vice President and CCO of Media Visa Group.

In 2010, Rosales, Executive Director of D’Latinos Magazine, created the event to empower women and help cancer research and charities.  She will be hosting the event with with NBC-2 anchor Stacey Daffenbough.
